Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. This includes contact information (name, email, organization), engagement requirements, and technical data needed for sovereign platform delivery. We do not collect information for advertising, profiling, or surveillance purposes.

Information is used solely for: (1) responding to consultation requests, (2) delivering contracted services, (3) maintaining sovereign infrastructure, (4) regulatory compliance. No secondary use, no third-party sharing, no data monetization.

All data is stored in customer-designated jurisdictions. Five-Layer Sovereignty enforced at infrastructure, network, application, data, and operational levels. No cross-border movement without explicit consent.

Full data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection. 30-day SLA on all requests. Self-service portal for verified users.

All data encrypted with CRYSTALS-Kyber-768 quantum-resistant cryptography. End-to-end encryption in transit and at rest. Customer-controlled keys available.

Configurable per engagement. Default retention: 7 years for compliance, then automatic erasure with audit trail. Customer-controlled retention policies supported.
