Service Agreement
Fixed-price delivery with no hidden fees. Detailed scope documentation before engagement kickoff. Both parties sign the master services agreement and statement of work.
Acceptable Use
Mission-critical deployment policies. Prohibited: surveillance of citizens beyond legal authority, weaponization of sovereign architecture, unauthorized access to systems, misuse of engagement materials.
Intellectual Property
Customer retains all IP rights to delivered systems, custom code, and configuration. Dewelopers retains platform IP (GOVERN G5, S3-SENTINEL, etc.) and methodology. Open source components used in compliance with their respective licenses.
Liability
Comprehensive liability terms with industry-leading SLA. Cap on direct damages typically 12 months of fees. Exclusions for consequential, incidental, and punitive damages. Higher caps available for mission-critical deployments.
Service Level Agreement
99.9999% uptime (31.5 seconds/year). 15-minute crisis response (PHOENIX-1). Monthly SLA compliance reports. Service credits for SLA breaches.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 90 days written notice for convenience, or 30 days for material breach. Data export assistance provided for 12 months post-termination.
Governing Law
Governing law and dispute resolution per the master services agreement. Typically English law with ICC arbitration for international deployments.
